Observation

Individual care plans have not been thoroughly completed for all kids with food allergies. Allergy plans with most of the information required with WAC have been completed. Center has not verified that all staff who may need to respond have a training on how to adminster medication and equipment to manage food allergie (epi pens). Not all staff have reviewed on individual care plans prior to serving food to children.
